This property was built in 1923 and underwent a massive renovation which included foundation work, relocating the interior staircase, structural upgrades and the addition of a deck off the second floor expanding the functional living space. It was a house that had a lot of potential but had suffered from years of neglect. We increased the size from 1300 square feet to 1650 square feet and made it a 5 bed 2 bath home with an open concept living space on the main floor. The kitchen design was highlighted in an article on HOUZZ and was one of the most popular kitchens on their site. When finished this home had many design details such as a custom wood mantle and beautifully designed landscaping.
