BERNAL HEIGHTS

An odd layout to say the least. Built in 1900, this Victorian had been subjected to some horrible updates in the 60’s, including adding a stucco facade. Our plan for this house is to bring back the Victorian charm that had been lost over the years, and salvaging what we can, such as the beautiful marble fireplace and vintage clawfoot tub. We are looking forward to the transformation of this home and making it a shining example of how rehabs should be done. We will be taking this home from its current 960 sqft to 2100 sqft. with 4 beds and 4 baths including a third floor master suite.
